Deona Sewpaul is a skilled physiotherapist who graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of the Western Cape with a BSc Honours degree in Physiotherapy in 2009.
Deona has extensive experience in public and private practice. She completed Community Service at Umgeni Hospital in 2010, working in a hospital setting in KwaZulu-Natal.
She then worked as a Physiotherapist at Wayne Hector Physiotherapy (2011–2012), providing musculoskeletal treatment in Grassy Park, Cape Town. From 2012–2014, she worked at Mariana Van Vuuren Physiotherapists in Bellville and gained further private practice experience.
In 2014, Deona founded Deona Sewpaul Physiotherapy, where she continues to help patients achieve pain relief, better mobility, and optimal recovery.
