The journey into psychotherapy began from a personal place. Eighteen years ago, feeling anxious, lost, and low in confidence, I decided to explore therapy. This experience not only transformed my life, but also inspired me to train professionally. Since then, I’ve remained committed to personal development and ongoing professional training.
I offer a warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental presence to all my clients. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or simply in need of someone to talk to, I provide a grounded and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
As a registered member of the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy (UKCP) and an Accredited Registrant with the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), I follow strict ethical guidelines and professional standards. My practice also holds full Professional Indemnity Insurance and an up-to-date Enhanced DBS check, ensuring a safe and trustworthy environment.
