About
Dr Andrew Asherson is a highly experienced cardiologist based in uMhlanga, with dual accreditation as a Specialist Physician and Cardiologist in both South Africa and the UK. He completed his medical training at Stellenbosch University and later attained the MRCP (UK) diploma in London. Dr Asherson has been practising at Busamed Gateway Private Hospital since 2015, specialising in transradial coronary angiography, heart failure, atrial fibrillation, and TAVI procedures, which he pioneered at Gateway in 2019.
