Ultimately, our goal is to help patients maintain an active lifestyle and prevent future injuries.
Our physiotherapists possess extensive skills and training, allowing them to offer a variety of treatment approaches. Not only do they hold a BSc (Physio) degree, but they have also completed OMT (Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy) training. Additionally, they excel in dry needling, kinesio taping, and fascial release techniques, which further enhance patient care.
We have developed strong professional relationships with leading medical experts, ensuring our patients receive the best possible care. Our network includes sports physicians, surgeons, radiologists, general practitioners, podiatrists, biokineticists, chiropractors, and coaches. Since treating complex injuries often requires a collaborative effort, we believe that working together with a medical team leads to quicker recovery times and better outcomes.
At Dr Francesca Carleo Physiotherapist Sandton, we integrate Pilates training into our rehabilitation programs. Because movement plays a crucial role in healing, we ensure that each patient benefits from our exercise-based treatment approach. By incorporating Pilates, we empower patients to strengthen their bodies, improve flexibility, and reduce the risk of future injuries.
Situated in the heart of Sandton’s corporate hub, our practice offers a convenient location for professionals and athletes alike. With easy access from Sandton Drive and Rivonia Road, reaching us has never been easier.
Because holistic healthcare leads to the best results, we collaborate with other health professionals to provide well-rounded care. If another specialist can better address a patient’s specific needs, we promptly make referrals. We strongly believe that a multi-disciplinary approach enhances patient recovery and overall well-being.
Our physiotherapists carefully assess each patient’s unique condition and create tailored treatment plans that take lifestyle, occupation, and sports involvement into account. Since keeping up with the latest research is vital, we continuously update our techniques to provide the most effective care. Additionally, by working closely with other medical professionals, we ensure that each patient receives a comprehensive and well-informed treatment plan.
