Meet Dr Franelise Hofmeyr

Dr Franelise Hofmeyr studied at the University of Stellenbosch, Tygerberg campus. She earned her MBChB and later completed her Masters of Medicine in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. In 2012, she became a Fellow of the College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists with the College of Medicine of South Africa. Since 2013, she has worked at Christiaan Barnard Memorial Hospital. As a mother of two, she understands both career and family life. Because of this, she supports women through every life stage.
