Dr Katherine Webb GP Norwich leads a patient-focused practice that also supports medical training. Therefore, we welcome both GP Registrars and Foundation Year 2 doctors (F2s) to our team. These doctors work under close supervision while offering excellent care. Moreover, their presence helps us provide more appointments to our patients.
A GP Registrar is a qualified doctor preparing to become a General Practitioner. Typically, they spend at least two years working in hospitals before joining a practice. At our clinic, they remain with us for up to one year. Furthermore, they are supervised by experienced trainers to ensure safe, high-quality care.
Similarly, F2 doctors are in their second postgraduate year. Although they are fully qualified, they are still exploring their career path. Consequently, they spend four months in general practice to gain valuable experience. Their contribution benefits both our patients and the healthcare system.
We offer a range of appointment types to meet your needs. For instance, you may speak to a doctor by phone, video, or in person. Likewise, some follow-ups can be managed through text or email. This flexibility ensures patients receive care that fits their lifestyle.
