About Dr. Lauren Moss

I am Dr. Lauren Moss, a psychologist based in South Africa, dedicated to helping individuals and couples overcome challenges, develop emotional resilience, and create lasting change. I provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment where clients can share their stories, understand themselves better, and work towards personal growth. My approach centres on narrative therapy, where we reframe and re-author personal stories to create more fulfilling and healthier outcomes.
