Dr Theresa Meintjies Urologist Durbanville started her private practice in 2016. She currently treats patients at Medi-Clinic in Durbanville.

Dr Theresa Meintjies grew up on a farm near Reitz in the Free State. She matriculated from Reitz High School and earned her medical degree from the University of the Free State in 2006.

She completed her internship at Tygerberg Academic Hospital. During her community service at Kimberley Hospital, she gained extensive surgical and urological experience. This exposure sparked her passion for urology.

Afterward, she worked as a medical officer in the Urology Department at Kimberley Hospital. She later pursued her registrar training at Tygerberg Academic Hospital and completed her postgraduate studies in Urology at the University of Stellenbosch.
