We offer comprehensive support for individuals navigating divorce, with services including:
Mediation for separated and divorced parents to help resolve disputes and create parenting plans
Positive Parenting Post-Divorce to support co-parenting
Kids in Divorce, a therapeutic group work programme focusing on children’s grief and self-esteem during parental separation
FAMSA’s Youth Mentorship Programme focuses on life skills, self-esteem, bullying prevention, teenage pregnancies, and more. We run:
Holistic Schools’ Programmes for pupils, teachers, and parents
Ad-hoc Schools’ Programmes on leadership, educational talks, debates, and awareness campaigns
Mxit Reach Live, an online service offering emotional support and referrals for youth and adults who cannot visit FAMSA offices

Our therapeutic model, Time Limited Brief Therapy, offers a maximum of six sessions per goal, ensuring that clients receive focused and effective support.
FAMSA offers intake and assessment services from Mondays to Thursdays, 08h00 to 11h30. During this process, we assess the needs of each client and recommend the most appropriate programme or referrals as necessary.
