Heather adheres to the BCACC Rate Guide 2024, ensuring transparency and consistency in pricing. For new clients, individual therapy sessions are $155 per 50 minutes, while couples and family sessions are priced at $170.

• Existing clients will see a rate increase starting September 1, 2024. New clients will be charged at the current rate.

• GST exemption applies to Heather’s services as a Registered Social Worker (RSW).

• Many extended health benefit plans cover therapy provided by RSWs and RCCs. Be sure to confirm with your health provider for full coverage details.

• Payments are due at the time of the session, and Heather accepts credit cards and e-transfers.

• Heather is a direct ICBC vendor, offering direct billing for therapy related to car accidents or trauma resulting from motor vehicle incidents.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid charges, clients must provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
