About Me

I am Janie Loubser, a Clinical Psychologist based in George, Western Cape, with over 16 years of experience. I started my practice in Durbanville and later moved to Cape Town, where I continued helping individuals manage their mental health. Now, I offer a peaceful and private space in George for you to explore and resolve personal challenges.

I hold an MA in Clinical Psychology from the University of Stellenbosch and a BA in Law. As an HPCSA-registered Clinical Psychologist, I use evidence-based therapies to treat anxiety, depression, and various other mental health issues. My work combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Stress Reduction, and Hypnotherapy to help clients achieve lasting change.
