Keith holds dual registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). With over 14 years of experience, he specialises in neuropsychological assessments, psychological interventions, and the diagnosis of psychoneurological conditions. Keith also provides medico-legal services and forensic psychological assessments, often acting as an expert witness in court cases.

He has trained and supervised psychologists in the field of neuropsychology. Keith is also an associate at three other neuropsychology practices. His practice aims to deliver personalised care for individuals, based on their unique needs.
