Kerry Jury is a passionate medical practitioner who graduated from Wits medical school in 2006. With a focus on mental health care, Kerry completed her specialist training in Psychiatry at The University of the Witwatersrand. She gained experience in various psychiatric units across Johannesburg and surrounding areas.

As a fellow of The South African College of Psychiatrists, Kerry holds a Master of Medicine degree in psychiatry. Her research on stigma towards mental illness, specifically examining the attitudes of doctors in South African teaching hospitals, has garnered recognition and awards.

Kerry worked as a consultant psychiatrist at Tara Hospital, where she oversaw the adult outpatient department and occasionally managed the psychotherapy unit. Since 2017, Kerry has been devoted to her private practice, prioritizing the long-term mental well-being of her patients.
