With over three decades of experience in private practice, as well as roles in lecturing, police psychology, student counselling, and training, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my sessions. What to Expect

First Appointment (90 minutes)
The initial consultation is an opportunity to discuss your concerns, goals, and expectations from therapy. This extended session allows for a comprehensive understanding of your needs, ensuring that the therapy offered aligns with your desired outcomes. If my services are not the right fit, I will provide alternative recommendations where possible.

Ongoing Sessions

  • Standard sessions are 60 minutes, with options for extended 90-minute or 120-minute consultations
  • Weekly sessions are recommended at first, with flexibility to space them out as progress is made
  • Currently, all sessions are conducted online due to Covid-19 precautions
