Lill Anderson Counsellor Bradford offers a safe and supportive space for young people and adults. As a qualified counsellor, I specialise in providing guidance for those struggling with emotional or life challenges. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), ensuring that I adhere to their ethical framework for high-quality care.
As a Lill Anderson Counsellor Bradford, I provide counselling for young people and adults. My person-centred approach encourages clients to explore their own feelings and self-discover solutions. This is particularly effective for young people, who often have trouble describing their emotions. I guide clients towards self-awareness and a healthier emotional state.
I help people who feel anxious, sad, angry, or overwhelmed. Life events, such as trauma, grief, or stress, can be difficult to manage alone. Through counselling, clients can process their feelings and work through their challenges in a safe environment.
I offer counselling for young people and adults aged 11-18, as well as adults. I tailor each session to the client’s needs and pace.Together, we create a plan for better emotional wellbeing. Throughout this journey, my goal is to improve self-awareness and self-confidence.
I believe that the solutions to a person’s challenges lie within them. As a Counsellor, I guide clients to discover those solutions. Whether you are a young person dealing with school pressures or an adult struggling with grief or stress, I am here to help.
I have worked in many different settings, including secondary schools, GP surgeries, and hospices. I have particular experience in counselling young people aged 11-18. In my role as a school counsellor in Leeds, I work directly with students to support their mental health. Previously, I worked at Step2 Young People’s Health Project in Bradford, where I provided counselling to young people.
I also have extensive experience with grief and loss. I volunteered as a counsellor for Marie Curie in Bradford, helping clients process bereavement. Additionally, I supported individuals with anger and violent emotions through the BRAVE project in Bradford, which aimed to reduce anger and violence.
As a qualified counsellor, I hold the following qualifications:
Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP)
Level 4 Diploma in Person-Centered Counselling
Level 3 Diploma in Person-Centered Counselling
Level 2 Certificate in Counselling
UK Bereavement Training for Child Bereavement

I am committed to continuous professional development to stay informed on best practices in counselling.
