National 360 is dedicated to delivering outstanding allied health services to clients across Australia, from children to adults. Established in 2006 by Heidi Long, what began as a small community practice has grown into a national organisation with 22 offices in TAS, VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, and WA. Registered with the NDIS since 2016, National 360 supports clients with a personal, straightforward approach that brings families and support networks into every therapy plan. Their holistic care model focuses on the whole person, ensuring goals are met through a team effort.
National 360 offers a wide range of allied health services designed to help clients achieve their best. These include:
Occupational Therapy
Physiotherapy
Speech Pathology
Behaviour Support
360 Kids Early Childhood Services
The therapy team is mobile and flexible, providing services not only in clinics but also in clients’ homes, schools, and care facilities. Every therapist receives ongoing training and expert support, ensuring the highest quality care tailored to individual needs.
The organisation prides itself on having an award-winning therapy team recognised nationally for excellence. Under the leadership of Heidi Long, a highly experienced occupational therapist with over 25 years in the field, National 360 continuously develops its team’s skills through mentoring and specialist guidance.
Clinical Practice Advisors, experts in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology, behaviour support, and early childhood, mentor therapists to ensure clients receive the best support possible. These advisors also offer direct consultations for clients in locations where specialist services are not locally available.
National 360 values local connections deeply. Its 22 office locations foster a sense of community among therapists and clients alike. Therapists enjoy flexible work arrangements while still meeting regularly for face-to-face supervision, training, and team events. Being part of the local community allows the teams to offer care that is both professional and personalised.
National 360’s purpose is clear: to help more people in more places be their best, while supporting their dedicated teams. Their vision focuses on four key pillars:
Our Team: Supporting and valuing staff through coaching, mentoring, and development.
Our Clients: Placing clients at the heart of care, delivering high-quality services to meet diverse needs.
Our Performance: Setting clear expectations and recognising individual contributions.
Our Safety: Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and compassionate workplace that balances work and life.
Together, National 360 is committed to helping clients reach milestones that matter, building independence and wellbeing every step of the way.
