I am a Clinical Psychologist dedicated to creating a safe and confidential space for clients to explore their experiences. This space fosters healing and growth. I believe that a strong, warm therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is key to success.
I offer both in-person and online therapy for adolescents, adults, and couples. Through assessment and short- or long-term psychotherapy, I aim to support clients in addressing their emotional needs. Therapy provides a space for self-reflection, insight, and growth. It helps those facing severe psychological distress, as well as anyone looking to understand themselves more deeply and live more fulfilling lives.
Whether you’re coping with significant life changes, struggling in relationships, or dealing with anxiety or mood disorders, therapy can help. I work with clients to create meaningful shifts in their lives and relationships.
Individual Therapy
I offer therapy for adolescents and adults dealing with various issues, including:
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy provides a space to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships. Whether facing trust issues, communication challenges, or significant changes, therapy can help couples rebuild understanding and connection.
Therapy for Life Transitions
Major life changes such as divorce, career shifts, or the arrival of a child can be emotionally overwhelming. Therapy offers support during these times, helping you process feelings and adapt.
My approach is rooted in empathy, creating a safe environment for clients to explore thoughts and emotions. I work collaboratively with each client to develop a treatment plan tailored to their needs. We focus on creating opportunities for self-reflection and growth.
I combine cognitive-behavioural techniques, psychodynamic approaches, and mindfulness interventions, depending on the client’s needs. This method allows clients to become more emotionally resilient and deepen their understanding of themselves.
If you’re unsure about therapy or have questions about my approach, feel free to contact me. It’s important to feel comfortable with your therapist. I am happy to provide further details about what therapy entails and what you can expect from our sessions.
Taking the step toward therapy can be difficult, but it is often the first step toward positive change. I’m here to help you navigate challenges, build stronger relationships, and gain personal insights.
