Olivia Langley – Supporting Quality Care at Orthomotion

About Olivia

Olivia Langley plays a vital role within the Orthomotion team. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and brings a fresh perspective, combining academic learning with real-world experience. Her background in customer service and junior sports coaching enables her to connect easily with clients and provide a welcoming, professional approach to care.

Olivia’s interest in healthcare goes beyond her studies. She is passionate about helping others and is committed to making a positive impact in her role. This dedication shines through in the way she supports both clients and the clinical team every day.

Role at Orthomotion

As part of the administrative and clinical support team, Olivia helps ensure our services run smoothly. She assists with appointment bookings, client communication, and clinic organisation. Her responsibilities also include working closely with our orthotists, helping to prepare for fittings and follow-up care. This hands-on involvement allows her to apply her growing knowledge of occupational therapy in a practical setting.

In addition, Olivia supports the Allied Health Assistants and operations staff, helping maintain consistency across all areas of the clinic. Her ability to manage multiple tasks while staying focused on client needs makes her an asset to the team.

Skills and Experience

Before joining Orthomotion, Olivia developed strong leadership and interpersonal skills through sports coaching and customer service roles. These experiences helped her build confidence, patience and adaptability—qualities that serve her well in a clinical setting.

Because of her coaching background, Olivia is especially good at working with children and young people. She understands how to communicate clearly, encourage participation, and put people at ease—skills that are important when supporting individuals with complex needs.

Her education in occupational therapy also allows her to contribute meaningfully to client care. While still a student, she brings relevant insight into how people can improve function and independence through tailored support.

Additional Information

Olivia is set to begin work as a provisional psychologist in 2025, after completing her current degree. Until then, she continues to build valuable experience through her work at Orthomotion. She is always looking for ways to learn and grow, both professionally and personally.

Clients can trust that Olivia will provide thoughtful, well-organised support throughout their time with us. Her presence ensures that our team delivers care that is not only effective but also kind, responsive and inclusive.
