About Dr. Bonnie T. Seidman, C. Psych.

Dr. Bonnie T. Seidman is a clinical psychologist with over 30 years of experience. She earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Queen’s University in 1992. Since 1994, she has been a registered member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario.

Throughout her career, Dr. Seidman has worked in both public and private sectors. She has provided support in outpatient psychiatry, correctional institutions, and employee assistance programmes. In 2012, Dr. Seidman founded Onward Psychology. She is passionate about helping adults manage mental health challenges and improve their quality of life.

Dr. Seidman has extensive experience working with military personnel, veterans, and their families. As a Medavie Blue Cross Health Service Provider, she supports those in the Canadian Forces, RCMP, and veterans. She is also a strong advocate for women’s wellness and supports women facing a variety of life challenges.
