Panashe Moyosvi Clinical Psychologist Rivonia provides a supportive and insightful approach to therapy. I completed my Master’s in Clinical Psychology at the University of Cape Town, followed by an internship at the Free State Psychiatric Complex. I then did my community service at Tambo Memorial Hospital, where I gained valuable experience. With this foundation, I am committed to helping individuals break free from unhealthy patterns and lead more fulfilling lives.
Seeking therapy can often feel intimidating. However, I offer a safe and welcoming space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions. Many people find themselves stuck in repetitive behaviors they cannot seem to change. If this resonates with you, therapy may help. Through our work together, you’ll uncover the underlying causes of these patterns. Understanding these root causes makes it possible to create meaningful, lasting change.
Panashe Moyosvi Clinical Psychologist Rivonia believe in focusing on insight and self-awareness. Therapy is not only about changing behaviors but about understanding why you engage in those behaviors. My approach is psychodynamic, which means we will explore your unconscious feelings and the history that shapes your current behaviors. However, I recognize that each person is different. That’s why I adapt my therapeutic methods according to your unique needs. I am trained in several therapeutic modalities, ensuring I meet you where you are and offer the most effective treatment.
Panashe Moyosvi Clinical Psychologist Rivonia primarily work with adults and couples who face challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. In addition, I have a particular interest in grief therapy, helping clients navigate the pain of loss and find a way to heal. With each client, my goal is to tailor my approach to their specific situation, using the most appropriate methods to guide them through their struggles. Whether it’s understanding deep emotional wounds or managing mental health challenges, I’m here to offer support and guidance every step of the way.
Remember, it’s okay to not be okay. You don’t need to face your challenges alone. I am here to guide you through your journey toward healing. With insight, patience, and the right approach, change is always possible.
