In addition, she has a special interest in creative expression and uses art materials to help clients gain new views of life’s challenges.
Paula offers support for a wide range of personal and emotional concerns. Her approach provides a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their needs. Sessions can focus on current challenges, personal growth, or longer-term concerns. Furthermore, therapy can take place in person or online, depending on the client’s needs.
Paula provides counselling for life challenges, including stress, coping with change, and life transitions. She also offers trauma and bereavement support to help individuals work through traumatic experiences and grief.
For those experiencing low mood or anxious feelings, Paula provides depression and anxiety management. She also supports individuals and couples who face relationship difficulties. As a result, sessions can help improve communication and address relationship concerns.
Paula assists adolescents with concerns around identity, career discovery, and life choices. She also offers narrative career assessment to help individuals assess and understand their career path and goals.
Creative expression therapy forms another part of her work. Through the use of art materials, clients can explore different perspectives and support their healing process. This approach can offer another way to express and understand personal experiences.
Sessions remain confidential and non-judgmental. They also respond to each individual’s needs. Paula offers both brief and long-term counselling. Therefore, clients can access support that suits their circumstances and goals.
Her aim is to provide a supportive, accessible, and affordable space that can help improve quality of life. With experience across different settings, she brings a broad understanding of personal and emotional challenges to her counselling work.
Sessions are available mainly in English. Paula also speaks Italian and has basic knowledge of French. Therapy is available both in person and online, giving clients flexible options for accessing counselling support.
