Perform 360 Physiotherapy offers a comprehensive range of treatment options. Each service is tailored to meet the specific needs of the client.
Sports Injury Rehabilitation
We create individualised programmes designed to help athletes recover safely and return to peak performance. These plans combine hands-on treatment with functional training.
Physiotherapy for Dancers and Performers
With extensive experience in the performing arts, Craig understands the physical demands of dancers. Therefore, we provide targeted care that supports strength, flexibility, and injury prevention.
Manual Therapy and Osteopathic Techniques
These hands-on treatments help improve joint mobility, reduce pain, and restore balance in the body.
Acupuncture and Dry Needling
We use these techniques to ease muscle tension, reduce inflammation, and speed up recovery.
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM)
IASTM is ideal for breaking down scar tissue and improving soft tissue function after injury.
Strength and Conditioning
We design programmes that enhance physical resilience and help prevent future injuries. This is especially important for athletes and active individuals.
Immediate Care in Sport
Craig holds a Level 3 qualification in Pre-Hospital Immediate Care in Sport (RFU), enabling him to provide urgent care in high-pressure environments.
