Phetheni Nconco is a registered Counselling Psychologist based in Milnerton, Cape Town. She holds a BA, BA(Hons), and MA in Counselling Psychology from Wits University and speaks multiple South African languages, including siSwati, isiZulu, isiXhosa, seTswana, and English. Phetheni has extensive experience in offering therapy to individuals dealing with depression, trauma, anxiety, loss, chronic illness, work-related stress, relationship difficulties, and adjustment challenges. Her therapeutic approach is informed by humanistic, cognitive behavioural, and psychodynamic theories.
