Since graduating in 2008, she has worked extensively in both the NHS and private sectors across Oxfordshire. Lauren specialises in women’s health, including antenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopaedics, and trauma. Her Pilates instruction focuses on a targeted, client-centred approach, empowering people to achieve lasting results. She offers a wide range of classes and private sessions tailored to individual needs.

Olivia Prince is a pelvic health physiotherapist and clinical lead Pilates instructor. She holds a BSc(Hons) in Physiotherapy and a postgraduate certificate in women’s health. Olivia specialises in pelvic pain and ante/postnatal care. She teaches postnatal Bump and Baby classes and mixed ability group sessions. Clients and colleagues praise her teaching style as friendly, supportive, and challenging, helping people to progress safely while enjoying their practice.
