I’m Thekla Constantinou, an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and Registered Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapist. I offer a calm, confidential space where you can speak freely about personal concerns that may be affecting your wellbeing. I hold full registration with both the BABCP and EMDR Europe, reflecting my commitment to professional standards and ethical care.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across a wide range of mental health settings. My experience spans NHS Trusts, including Greater Manchester West, Manchester Mental Health and Social Care, and South London and Maudsley. I’ve also contributed to non-statutory services that support marginalised and at-risk populations.

My clinical background covers Forensic Mental Health, Primary Care, and outreach-based work with vulnerable adults. I’ve treated individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and low self-esteem. Additionally, I’ve supported clients facing work-related stress and life challenges that impact mental resilience.

Today, I work part-time in private practice and continue to serve in the NHS. My dual roles allow me to reach a broader spectrum of individuals while maintaining strong clinical standards.
