We provide care for sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our structured rehabilitation plans help patients restore strength and function. We also provide posture and movement assessments to find imbalances and weaknesses. Then, we develop corrective strategies that suit each patient’s daily activities.
Our team also provides injury risk assessments and movement screening. These services help identify possible weaknesses before injuries occur. In addition, tailored programmes help athletes and active individuals improve performance while reducing injury risks.
Our physiotherapists provide dry needling and cupping therapy to assist with pain relief, muscle relaxation, and tissue healing. These techniques can support care for sports injuries, muscle tightness, and chronic pain conditions.
We also provide neuromuscular rehabilitation for patients with neuromuscular disorders, including stroke recovery, nerve-related pain, and movement impairments. Treatment focuses on strength, coordination, and functional mobility.
Our chest physiotherapy service helps patients with respiratory conditions by improving lung function and reducing congestion. It can support people with asthma, chronic bronchitis, or post-operative respiratory challenges.
Our support team includes Faieda Brown and Zuraida Salie, who manage reception, patient scheduling, and support. Cicilia also helps maintain a welcoming and professional environment.
Our highly qualified team brings experience in sports and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. We use the latest research to guide our treatment. Moreover, we tailor every treatment plan to the individual. We also work with biokineticists, orthopaedic surgeons, sports physicians, psychologists, and dieticians to support a collaborative approach to recovery.
