Jennifer Kaess – Occupational Therapist
B.OT, Certified Hand Therapist (USA), Accredited Hand Therapist (AHTA)
Jen brings decades of experience and a warm, expert approach to each patient. Her special interests include scar therapy, burns, nerve injuries, and musician-specific hand care. She also has advanced training in tendon rehab, overuse conditions, and congenital hand therapy.

Emma Allan – Occupational Therapist
B.OT, Member AHTA
Emma has a special focus on custom splinting, tendon and nerve conditions, trauma care, and ergonomic support. She is passionate about helping clients regain function and manage pain with simple, evidence-based methods.

Gaile and Amy – Reception Team
Gaile keeps the practice running smoothly, while Amy brings creativity to everything from marketing to patient support. They’re always happy to help with bookings, questions, or a friendly chat at the desk.

Additional Information

We accept patients with or without referrals. However, if your treatment is funded through WorkCover, TAC, DVA, or the EPC program, a referral will be needed. Private health extras that cover Occupational Therapy may allow for same-day claiming. For WorkCover claims without pre-approval, payment is required on the day, and a receipt will be provided for reimbursement.
