Sarah Orman is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who brings a powerful blend of professional expertise and personal experience to women’s health. Her early career included work in elite sport, musculoskeletal care, and educational roles. However, her direction changed in 2018 when she was diagnosed with endometriosis. That experience revealed a lack of support for women facing similar health challenges. As a result, Sarah found her true calling—helping women manage complex health conditions with confidence and compassion.
Through a combination of evidence-based methods and lived experience, Sarah supports women in managing conditions that are often overlooked by traditional care. Her goal is to guide clients through long-term solutions, using education, gentle movement, and behavioural change.
Sarah’s approach focuses on sustainable health practices. She aims to restore strength, improve energy, and support mental wellbeing—particularly for women dealing with ongoing physical challenges.
Fertility and Reproductive Support
Sarah works with women going through fertility treatment. She offers safe, supportive exercise plans that align with their medical journey. Her focus is on managing stress and supporting the body’s natural processes.
Chronic Pain and Fatigue Recovery
For women living with endometriosis, fibromyalgia, or chronic fatigue syndrome, Sarah provides structured plans to improve quality of life. These may include low-impact movement, pacing techniques, and nervous system regulation strategies.
Eating Disorder Recovery and Body Image Coaching
Sarah is currently South Australia’s only recognised Exercise Physiologist by the Butterfly Foundation for treating eating disorders. She supports women in building a positive relationship with movement. Sessions are gentle and goal-focused, helping clients reintroduce activity in a safe, supported environment.
Support for Under-Recognised Conditions
Sarah helps clients manage issues like PCOS, pelvic pain, and disordered eating—conditions often missed or mismanaged in mainstream care. She takes time to educate, encourage consistency, and offer practical strategies tailored to each client.
Sarah’s clients describe her as calm, understanding, and empowering. She takes the time to listen and adapts each session to meet the person where they are. Her own journey allows her to connect deeply with those navigating the same path.
Above all, Sarah’s mission is to offer the kind of care she once needed herself. She now creates a safe space for women to learn about their health, regain confidence, and take small but steady steps toward feeling better. Whether you’re dealing with fatigue, hormone imbalance, or body image concerns, Sarah is ready to support your journey—every step of the way.
