About Sid Good Therapy Sid Good Physical therapist

At Sid Good Therapy, I offer a supportive, inclusive, and personalised therapeutic space where individuals from all walks of life can explore the challenges they’re facing. Based in Birmingham, I specialise in integrative psychotherapy – a flexible and thoughtful approach that blends various techniques to suit your unique needs.

My therapy style is warm, practical, and grounded in the belief that healing starts with understanding. I welcome clients with a wide range of concerns, and I am especially experienced in supporting people exploring issues around gender and sexual identity, neurodiversity (such as autism and ADHD), and family or relationship difficulties. If you’re unsure whether I’m the right fit for your needs, please don’t hesitate to reach out – therapy works best when it’s a collaborative, comfortable process.

Services Offered

Integrative Psychotherapy

My core training is in integrative psychotherapy, which means I draw from multiple therapeutic models to best serve you. No two people are the same, so no two therapy sessions should be either. I tailor my approach based on your goals, pace, and preferences.

  • Gestalt Therapy: Focuses on awareness and what is happening in the present moment. This helps increase insight into emotional and behavioural patterns.

  • Psychodynamic Therapy: Helps uncover how early life experiences shape current behaviours and emotional challenges.

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): Offers practical strategies to cope with anxiety, low mood, and other difficult emotions.

  • Somatic and Embodied Techniques: I pay close attention to physical cues and sensations, supporting an awareness of how emotions live in the body.

LGBTQ+ Inclusive Therapy

I provide a safe, affirming environment for clients navigating LGBTQ+ identities, gender dysphoria, or related questions of identity. My work is rooted in understanding how personal identity intersects with societal systems, and I value open, respectful dialogue at every stage of the therapeutic journey.

Support for Neurodivergent Clients

I also work with individuals exploring or living with neurodiversity, including autism and ADHD. Therapy with me recognises and respects different ways of thinking, feeling, and experiencing the world.

Additional Information

Therapy can help you make sense of change, loss, anxiety, or identity questions. Whether you’re navigating grief, life transitions, or searching for greater clarity in your relationships or mental health, I offer a compassionate, curious space to work through these issues together.

I work relationally, placing importance on the therapeutic relationship as a vehicle for growth. Through mutual understanding and trust, we can explore how patterns have formed and how they may be reshaped.

My practice is based in Birmingham, and I offer both in-person and online sessions to ensure flexibility and accessibility. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after some time away, you’re welcome here. Sid Good Physical therapist. Sid Good Physical therapist
