I am a professionally trained and qualified Integrative Psychotherapist based in the heart of Clifton Village, Bristol. In my practice, I provide both short-term and long-term therapy tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. My Integrative approach combines psychoanalytic and humanistic theories, allowing me to support clients in understanding their current struggles while also exploring past experiences when appropriate.
I work closely with my clients to help them navigate difficult emotions and life challenges in a compassionate, non-judgmental setting. The therapy space I offer is designed to be quiet, comfortable, and above all, safe, ensuring that each person feels supported as they embark on their therapeutic journey.
My practice is open to individuals from all walks of life. I have had the privilege of working with clients of various ages, cultural backgrounds, and personal circumstances, each bringing their unique experiences to the process.
I am fluent in both English and French, so I am happy to offer therapy in either language, depending on your preference.
