Welcome to The Bath Psychotherapist, where you will find a confidential, supportive space to explore what matters most to you. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I’m here to help.
My name is Agnieszka Kurdzielewicz-Walters, and I am a qualified psychotherapist offering sessions in both English and Polish. You can access therapy online from anywhere in the world, or attend in person at my comfortable practice in Bath, England.
If you’ve arrived here, you might be looking for help—for yourself or someone close to you. That first step is often the hardest, but it opens the door to meaningful change. Psychotherapy isn’t just for crisis moments. It offers support, relief, and the possibility of rediscovering a more fulfilling sense of self.
I provide a non-judgemental environment, grounded in respect and empathy. My approach is flexible, which means we will focus on what matters to you, at your own pace.
Therapy can support you through a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. You may be struggling with a clearly defined issue, or you might feel stuck in patterns that seem harder to describe. Whatever your experience, therapy can provide tools for lasting change.
I regularly work with clients who are dealing with:
Depression or persistent sadness
Anxiety, stress and overwhelm
Relationship and communication difficulties
Addiction and compulsive behaviours
Low self-esteem or lack of purpose
Cross-cultural challenges and identity issues
Emotional confusion or internal conflict
For some, the goal is to resolve a particular concern. For others, the process is more about personal growth—developing greater insight into emotions, behaviour, and relationships. Therapy offers the chance to understand how past experiences shape your present and how to move forward with more clarity and intention.
Sessions are available in English and Polish, which allows me to support a wider range of individuals, especially those for whom therapy in their native language is essential for deeper expression.
Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and the relationship itself plays a key role in the success of therapy. I encourage you to reach out for an initial conversation. This will give you a sense of how I work and help you decide whether this feels like the right fit.
