Dr. Bonita Gordon Health and Wellbeing Specialist in West Beach
Dr. Bonita Gordon is a dedicated Health and Wellbeing Specialist with a Doctorate in Social Work, specialising in Mental Health and Wellbeing, from the University of Pretoria. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), where she conducted quantitative research within work organisations. With extensive experience as a psychiatric social worker and clinical case and risk manager, Bonita addresses a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, and mood disorders, within a multi-disciplinary team. Her approach is centred around creating a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their concerns, develop coping strategies, and foster resilience.
