Dr M Alloush GP Sheffield leads our dedicated team at Carrfield Medical Centre, part of Heeley Plus Primary Care Network. We focus on providing timely, compassionate, and patient-centered healthcare to the people of Sheffield. Your health and peace of mind remain our highest priorities.
Booking an appointment is simple using our online form. This method offers the fastest way to contact our clinical team. However, if you have accessibility needs, call us directly on 0114 258 4724. Otherwise, our reception staff may guide you to use the online form.
Please avoid using the form during emergencies. Instead, call 999 or NHS 111 for urgent support.
For urgent health issues, call the practice immediately. A doctor will discuss your symptoms and offer the next steps. If needed, you’ll receive a same-day appointment.
Routine appointments, like smear tests or vaccinations, can be booked or changed over the phone. Moreover, if you used a self-booking link, changes can be made online up to 12 hours in advance.
Conversely, if you’re within 12 hours of your appointment, please call us to make changes.
We offer home visits to those who are housebound or seriously unwell. For this reason, call before 10:30 AM to help us plan our visits efficiently.
Examples include patients with terminal illness, those who are elderly and infirm, or people with mobility-limiting conditions. However, if travel is safe for you, we recommend coming to the clinic.
When the clinic is closed, call NHS 111 for health advice. This service is free and available 24/7 for non-life-threatening concerns. On the other hand, in a life-threatening emergency, call 999 immediately.
Situations requiring emergency care include:
Chest pain or suspected heart attack
Stroke symptoms
Severe breathing problems
Unconsciousness
Major injuries
Stay calm and assist if possible. However, do not give food or drink unless advised.
A&E is for serious or life-threatening conditions only. For instance, deep wounds or broken bones may need urgent treatment. In contrast, minor issues should be handled through your GP or NHS 111.
Visit the NHS website for up-to-date information about symptoms, treatments, and services.
