Nozipho Mathe is a qualified Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience in the field. Based in Saxonwold, Nozipho uses a Cognitive-Behavioural Therapeutic (CBT) approach to help individuals understand and modify their thought patterns and behaviours, enabling them to cope with life’s challenges.
