Meet Azeemah Mayet-Moola: Experienced Speech Therapist

I’m Azeemah Mayet-Moola, the practice owner at Azeemah Mayet-Moola Speech Therapy Parkview. I completed my Speech and Hearing Therapy degree at the University of Witwatersrand in 2008. After graduating, I gained valuable experience during my community service at 1 Military Hospital in Pretoria. From there, I further developed my skills at Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital and Park Lane Clinic.

I began my private practice over 10 years ago, with my current location at 29 Tyrone Avenue since 2019. As a mother of two, I understand the challenges parents face when seeking therapy for their children. This personal experience drives my passion for providing effective, compassionate care. Additionally, I have completed advanced training in Neuro-Developmental Therapy (NDT) and specialized programs like the “It Takes Two to Talk” course from the Hanen Centre. I also offer the SOS Feeding Approach to support children with feeding and picky eating challenges.
