Psychotherapists & Play Therapist in Bristol

About

At Vermonti Health, we offer warm, professional psychotherapy and play therapy services in Southville, Bristol, and online via Google Meets. We understand how overwhelming it can be to find the right therapist. Our hope is that this information helps you feel more confident in choosing someone who suits your needs.

Our team of qualified therapists bring a range of expertise and personal approaches to the work we do. Each practitioner is registered with a recognised professional body, ensuring safe, ethical, and evidence-based support. These include:

  • Stefano – Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

  • Natalina – Registered with Play Therapy United Kingdom (PTUK)

  • Nicky – Registered with the Association for Dance Movement Psychotherapy UK (ADMP UK)

  • Joel and Kate – Newly Registered Members of the BACP

We provide a non-judgemental, respectful space for therapy that values the individuality of each client, while also drawing from a wide range of therapeutic techniques.

Services

We offer sessions for a variety of needs, ages, and personal circumstances, both face-to-face and online.

Psychotherapy and Counselling

We work with adults, teenagers, and parents experiencing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties. This might include anxiety, low mood, loss, relationship struggles, identity exploration, and life transitions. Our therapists create a safe, thoughtful space where clients can explore and better understand their feelings.

Play Therapy

Children often express emotions through play more naturally than through words. Our registered play therapist provides a nurturing environment where younger clients can work through emotional and behavioural challenges using child-centred, therapeutic play.

Clinical Supervision

We also offer clinical supervision for other therapists and mental health professionals. This service is designed to support safe, ethical, and reflective practice and can be tailored to individual or organisational needs.

Collaborations and Affiliations

Vermonti Health is proud to collaborate with respected organisations including The Benjamin Pritchard Foundation (bereavement support), Victim Support, Adoption West, and several local authorities. We are also able to accept clients with private medical health cover from BUPA.

Additional Information

We operate with a 24-hour cancellation notice period (Monday to Friday business hours). If your appointment falls on a Monday at 11:00am, cancellation must be made by 11:00am the previous Friday. This allows us to offer the appointment to others waiting for an initial session.

We will always confirm your cancellation by replying to your email, message, or call. Should you cancel or miss two consecutive appointments, we will invite you to have a conversation with your therapist about whether continuing therapy is the best option for you at this time.

At Vermonti Health, we are committed to helping you find the support that works best for your personal journey—always with kindness, professionalism, and respect.
