Progress Physiotherapy Norwich delivers expert care to clients in Norwich and nearby areas. Founded by Grace Birchall, the clinic focuses on treating the whole person—not just their injury or condition.
After gaining years of experience at one of Norfolk’s leading private physiotherapy clinics, Grace set out to build something different. Her aim? To offer a more personal and holistic approach. Progress Physiotherapy limits its client list to ensure each individual receives the attention and time they need to thrive.
Grace brings a rich background to her work. Before becoming a physiotherapist, she worked in personal training and sports massage. Her early career included supporting men’s football teams in Norfolk and working with the Scotland national team at the European Dodgeball Championships. She also holds a degree in Psychology, which shapes her understanding of injury recovery and the mental challenges that come with it.
Clients receive thorough assessments followed by tailored recovery plans. Whether you’re healing from an injury or managing a long-term issue, Grace focuses on helping you move better, stay active, and avoid future setbacks.
Grace’s sporting background means she knows how to get athletes back to competition safely. She has played football at a high level, supported national teams, and competes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Her practical experience helps her create effective and realistic rehabilitation programmes.
Unlike clinics that focus solely on physical symptoms, Progress Physiotherapy integrates psychological insight into every stage of care. Clients benefit from clear communication and consistent guidance, which builds trust and supports long-term progress.
Sports massage therapy at Progress Physiotherapy helps reduce muscle tightness, boost circulation, and support active recovery. Each session is tailored to your physical demands and goals.
Grace Birchall, BSc MCSP, is more than just a physiotherapist—she’s a coach, mentor, and motivator. When she’s not at the clinic or competing nationally in Jiu-Jitsu, she enjoys working on home renovation projects, usually under the close eye of her German Shepherd.
At Progress Physiotherapy Norwich, every session is a step forward. For care that’s personal, proven, and professional, get in touch today and start your recovery with confidence.
