My name is Isabel dos Santos. I am an experienced and qualified counsellor who has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds. My therapeutic work addresses a wide range of issues, including anxiety, low mood, and stress often triggered by pressures at work or home. I understand that these challenges can build up over time, creating a cycle of emotional distress that may seem difficult to break.
