Consultations are billed at medical aid rates when we process claims through Discovery. If your medical aid savings run out, or if you’re on a hospital plan, we offer cash rates for services.

We operate as a cash practice, meaning you submit claims to your medical aid for reimbursement. We provide invoices and proof of payment for you to claim back.

In South Africa, most medical schemes cover chiropractic services. The Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA) also covers chiropractic treatments for work-related injuries. Coverage depends on your medical aid plan, so we recommend contacting your medical aid for specific details.
