After returning to Cape Town, she joined the Western Cape Rehabilitation Centre and treated spinal cord injuries and stroke. In 2020, she earned a Masters in Physiotherapy from the University of Cape Town, focusing on vestibular rehabilitation.

The practice provides personalised rehabilitation for neurological, orthopaedic, sports, and musculoskeletal needs. Neurological physiotherapy supports people with stroke, brain injuries, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and balance disorders. Treatment uses manual therapy, exercise, and education. Family involvement also supports treatment plans.
Vestibular rehabilitation helps with dizziness, vertigo, and imbalance. Targeted exercises improve balance and daily activities such as walking and driving. The team also works with ENT specialists and audiologists.
Orthopaedic rehabilitation treats back and neck pain, shoulder, knee, and ankle injuries, sports injuries, and joint replacement recovery. Older adult rehabilitation supports mobility, fall prevention, independence, fall risk assessment, and personalised balance training. The team also works with families and caregivers.
Pilates supports musculoskeletal rehabilitation through breathing techniques and movement patterns. It can improve posture, muscular balance, and pain. Respiratory physiotherapy supports people with COPD or recovery after surgery through breathing pattern therapy and airway clearance techniques.
Sports physiotherapy treats muscle, ligament, and tendon injuries and supports safe recovery and return to peak performance.
Home visits support people who cannot attend the practice, including those recovering from surgery or facing mobility challenges. Physiotherapists provide tailored care at home throughout the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.
