Meet Our Team
Dr Ayesha Ramjan – Medical Doctor
Dr Ayesha was inspired to pursue medicine by her father, a dedicated GP in rural Eastern Cape.
Her experience working in Covid wards and community clinics in Johannesburg reinforced her passion for helping others. Now based in Cape Town, she is thrilled to be working alongside Dr Limbada to bring Sherwood Clinic to life.
Dr Shakirah Limbada – Dentist
Dr Limbada grew up in the Eastern Cape, where her childhood fear of the dentist led her to pursue a career focused on patient comfort and education. After earning her dental degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, she went on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Oral Surgery at the University of Pretoria.
She has worked extensively in private practice, gaining experience in Oral Surgery and Implantology through certifications from The Implant & Aesthetic Academy (IAA) and the International Team for Implantology (ITI). Dr Limbada’s approach is patient-focused and honest, ensuring that each treatment is tailored to individual needs.
