Dr David Sheinbar is a highly experienced dentist based in Milnerton and the President of the BNI Ratanga Chapter. Born and raised in Cape Town, he matriculated from Herzlia High School. He then earned his dental degree from The University of The Witwatersrand in 1988. Shortly before graduating, he married his wife, Mandy. After that, he served as a Medical Lieutenant at 2 Military Hospital in Wynberg for two years. Together, they have three children: Michaela, Nathan, and Devin.

In 1990, Dr Sheinbar opened his first private practice in Cape Town’s city centre. Later, in 1994, he co-founded the Milnerton practice with Dr Jonathan Cohen. In 2003, he earned a Post-Graduate Diploma in Advanced Clinical Dentistry from Stellenbosch University with distinction.
