About Joe Keain

Joe Keain is a highly skilled Senior Podiatrist at Pod Fit Podiatry, having graduated with a Bachelor of Podiatry from the University of South Australia in 2016. Since then, he has broadened his expertise in biomechanics and sports medicine, with additional training in dry needling and foot mobilisation therapy. His dedication and skill were recognised nationally when he was awarded Australian Podiatrist of the Year in 2022.

Joe brings a personal understanding to his work, having been a keen runner from a young age. He battled severe shin splints himself, which fuels his commitment to helping others overcome pain and return to the activities they love. Joe’s personal achievements include completing half and full marathons, as well as a challenging 70km ultra-marathon, giving him unique insight into the frustrations of injury and the importance of effective treatment.
