Marriage Relationship & Trauma Counselling Monte Vista, holding an Honours degree in Psychology. With 29 years of marriage experience, including working through difficult times, I have gained valuable insight into loving and healthy relationships. This personal experience helps me offer caring and expert guidance to couples who face challenges, especially those dealing with betrayal or long-standing relationship issues.
My focus is on helping couples manage conflict and rebuild emotional intimacy. I provide a safe space where couples can begin to heal. I also help individuals work through past trauma that may still affect their relationships today.
Couples Counselling
I help couples resolve conflict and improve their relationships. This includes:
Trauma Counselling
I support individuals as they heal from past trauma, including emotional, physical or sexual abuse. These experiences can affect present relationships. My approach remains non-judgmental. Instead, I focus on growth and healthy change rather than guilt or shame.
Anger Management & Emotional Healing
I help clients manage emotions such as anger, anxiety and depression. I also help them work through suppressed pain and past hurts. Emotional regulation techniques form an important part of my counselling approach.
Premarital Counselling
I offer premarital counselling to help couples prepare for a strong and loving partnership. Sessions address possible challenges and encourage open communication before marriage.
Parent-Teen Counselling
I work with parents and teenagers to improve communication, strengthen their relationship and resolve conflicts effectively.
I create a supportive environment where couples and individuals can address and resolve their concerns. The aim is to help rebuild trust, love and healthy communication. If you and your partner need help with past or present challenges, I can guide you towards lasting and positive changes in your relationship.
My goal is to support healing and growth, both individually and as a couple. Through counselling, clients can work towards healthier communication and stronger relationships while addressing the issues that may be affecting their emotional wellbeing.
