New Journey Treatment Centre Addiction Cape Town provides the support and care you deserve as you take the first step toward recovery.
At our centre, we help people overcome substance use and take back control of their lives. We create a safe and welcoming space for every client. Our team gives personal care and support at every stage. As a result, each person feels understood and guided.
We offer a full range of addiction treatment services. First, every client receives a GP consultation on admission. Then, we provide both group and one-on-one therapy sessions. Our trained team includes Recovery Coaches, Life Coaches, Recovery Assistants, Social Workers, Psychiatric Nurses, and Psychologists. In addition, a consultant Psychiatrist supports clients when needed. We also provide detox support based on each person’s needs.
During the first week, our team works together to create an Individual Development Plan. This plan looks at personal history, current life, and future goals. We also include psychiatric assessments to guide the process. As a result, every plan fits the client’s needs. This approach helps improve recovery outcomes and builds a clear path forward.
We use proven therapy methods from both local and global programs. These include the Minnesota Model, Therapeutic Community structures, and parts of the Matrix program. We also use the “Time to Make a Difference” programme. In addition, clients learn about addiction, recovery tools, and life skills. This helps them understand their journey and build strong habits.
After primary treatment, we guide clients toward the next step. These include AfterCare, Step-Down Programs, or extended treatment. At the same time, we involve families in the process. We offer family sessions and education to build strong support systems. This support helps clients stay on track after treatment.
New Journey Treatment Centre follows all required standards. We are a registered addiction treatment facility. We comply with the Department of Social Development and the Health Professions Council of South Africa. Therefore, clients receive safe and trusted care at all times.
We help people return to meaningful daily life. Addiction affects health, behaviour, and relationships. However, with the right support, recovery becomes possible. Our team stays involved and offers steady guidance throughout the process.
Starting your journey is simple. You can request a consultation or assessment today. Our team will guide you through each step and answer your questions. We make sure you feel supported from the start.
We also rely on community support. Donations help us reach more people and provide better care. Every contribution helps change a life and builds stronger communities.
