That is why our approach is not just about managing symptoms but addressing the root causes of pain to achieve long-lasting results. Our treatments are grounded in evidence-based chiropractic methods, focusing on promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
Dr Henri Myburgh holds a Master’s Degree in Chiropractic from the Durban University of Technology. He also completed a Bachelor of Science in Sport Science at the University of Stellenbosch in 2009, along with additional modules that qualify him as a Personal Fitness Instructor.
A passionate sportsman, Dr Myburgh has represented his province in athletics and played for the Stellenbosch University (MATIES) 1st rugby team. His personal experience with competitive sports and physical activity gives him a unique insight into the demands of an active lifestyle and the importance of spinal health.
Dr Myburgh’s philosophy is clear: chiropractic care is not only beneficial for optimising sports performance but also for improving everyday quality of life. His emphasis is on a healthy, active lifestyle and achieving optimal functional spinal health. His approach is holistic, focusing on the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction rather than merely alleviating symptoms.
In addition to his practice in Lionviham, Dr Myburgh has been successfully treating patients at his Port Elizabeth practice for over six years. He is enthusiastic about his recent move to the Western Cape and looks forward to helping new patients achieve their health goals.
