Damaris Saccone Biondina Occupational Therapist Geneva provides specialized support for people facing hand, wrist, or elbow difficulties. Our occupational therapists help patients maintain or regain independence in daily life using targeted exercises, tailored therapies, and custom aids or splints. At the Hand Therapy Center, we focus on functional recovery, allowing patients to resume personal, professional, and leisure activities safely and efficiently.
At the Hand Therapy Center, our occupational therapists specialize in hand rehabilitation. They support patients who encounter challenges after trauma, illness, or overuse of the hand. Each therapy session is personalized to meet the unique needs of the patient. Our goal is to restore autonomy and function in all daily tasks.
Occupational therapy is a practical approach to overcoming physical or psychological limitations. Damaris Saccone Biondina
Holder of a HES bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from HETSL, Lausanne. She worked at Ergothérapie et Rééducation de la Main in Plainpalais from 2007 to 2016 and at Clinique de la Main in Geneva from 2016 to 2024. She completed postgraduate training in Trigger Point, Dry Needling, Taping, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, sensitivity treatment, and neuromobilization.
Camille Salesiani
Holder of a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from Leonard de Vinci University College (Brussels, Belgium), recognized by the Swiss Red Cross. She worked at Clinique de la Main from 2016 to 2024, including as head of occupational therapy. She completed advanced training in mobilization, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, musician rehabilitation, and obtained a diploma in Plantar and General Reflexology.
Patients actively participate in their therapy. Therapists adjust exercises based on progress. Home exercises are essential for full recovery. Advice may also cover diet, sports, or instrument practice. Sessions require a prescription from a doctor and are covered by basic insurance (LaMal or LAA). Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
