Services

We offer a range of physiotherapy treatments tailored to various conditions:

  • Pain Management: Treatment for neck and back pain, joint sprains, headaches, and chronic pain conditions.
  • Rehabilitation: Post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, neurological rehabilitation, and respiratory physiotherapy.
  • Aquatherapy: Water-based therapy to enhance mobility, manage chronic pain, and improve strength.
  • Postural Alignment & Ergonomics: Assessment and corrective strategies for improved posture and reduced strain.
  • Exercise Prescription: Customised stretching and strengthening exercises to promote recovery and prevent further injury.

Aquatherapy

Aquatherapy, also known as hydrotherapy, utilises the properties of water to assist in rehabilitation. The buoyancy and resistance provided by water create a low-impact yet highly effective environment for recovery. This form of therapy is particularly beneficial for:

  • Post-surgical rehabilitation (joint replacements, spinal surgeries)
  • Managing chronic pain and inflammatory conditions
  • Improving strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness
  • Pregnancy-safe exercise alternatives
  • Enhancing serotonin levels and combating fatigue in chronic conditions

Our Pool Facilities

Our pool is maintained at a comfortable 34˚C-35˚C and is sterilised using ozone and UV light for the highest level of hygiene and safety. Water quality is regularly tested, ensuring a clean and pleasant experience for all users. The facility includes a fully accessible disabled changing room with a shower and toilet, as well as a private changing room.

What to Bring for Aquatherapy Sessions

  • Swimsuit (avoid loose clothing for better movement in water)
  • Towel
  • Non-slip footwear
  • Water bottle to stay hydrated
