My journey began in the beauty industry, where I worked closely with individuals in personal spaces. During these interactions, I became deeply moved by the importance of being heard, and I realised the immense impact it could have on someone’s well-being. This inspired me to pursue studies in psychology, life coaching, and the fascinating science behind the subconscious mind. Hypnotherapy quickly became a passion of mine, as I witnessed its powerful effects in transforming lives.

This session is mostly led by me as the therapist, while you, as the client, begin to access your subconscious mind.

  2. Parts Therapy
    The second session delves into resolving internal conflicts. In a relaxed state, we identify and work through the parts of you that want different outcomes. This session aims to bring about resolution and lasting positive change.

  3. Analytical Therapy
    If a third session is required, it will likely focus on uncovering the root causes of your challenges, often stemming from childhood experiences. In this session, I guide you into a deep state of relaxation (alpha and theta waves), where your subconscious mind can access memories as far back as the womb. Here, we facilitate healing and transformation to create profound, lasting changes in your life.
