Led by Jennifer Gregg, a certified and experienced clinical counsellor, the service integrates various therapeutic approaches to support clients in overcoming personal challenges. She is extensively trained in Feedback Informed Treatment (F.I.T.) with Dr. Scott Miller and works diligently to ensure that each client feels heard, valued, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.
With expertise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Jennifer supports individuals and groups dealing with a range of mental health concerns. Jennifer Gregg brings over 21 years of experience in the fields of mental health and dependency treatment. In addition to her private practice, she collaborates with organisations such as Canada Life, Autism BC, ICBC, and the Crime Victim Assistance Programme. She is also a contractor with the B.C. Responsible and Problem Gambling Programme.
Jennifer’s personal journey has been one of adventure and continuous learning. Originally from Alberta, she spent a year travelling North America by motorhome in her youth, which ignited a passion for exploration. After moving to British Columbia on a softball scholarship at Simon Fraser University (SFU), she went on to complete a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology (M.A., C.C.C.) and became a registered clinical counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
When she isn’t working, Jennifer enjoys golf, dance, and outdoor activities such as cycling and reading in the sunshine. She is also a dedicated mother and wife, grateful for the support and love of her family
